Picking up your rental at Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) is quick and convenient when you follow our detailed instructions. Before your arrival, we’ll send you confirmation with your vehicle's exact location and parking details, including helpful photos.
Directions to Locate Your Rental
Your rental will be parked in one of the following lots based on timing and availability:
Short-Term Lot:
If your rental was delivered shortly before your arrival, it will likely be parked in the short-term lot.
Look for your vehicle along aisle A8, which features EV charging stations and connects to a covered walkway that leads into row B8 in the long-term lot.
Long-Term Lot:
Most rentals are parked along aisles B8 or C8 in the long-term lot.
Access this lot via the covered walkway from the short-term lot for easy navigation.
Shade Lot:
If your rental is parked in the shaded lot, take the free airport shuttle from the terminal to access this secure, covered parking area. The shaded lot is located off Airport Circle, to the right before reaching the terminal building.
Overflow Lots (A & D):
These lots are used only during busy periods. If your rental is in one of these lots, take the free airport shuttle from the terminal.
Airport Shuttle Services
The free airport shuttle operates between the terminal, long-term lot, shaded lot, and overflow lots. Shuttle service is available:
Two hours before the first morning departure until after the last scheduled arriving flight, even if delayed.
What to Do Upon Arrival
Take the Airport Shuttle (if needed):
For rentals parked in the shaded lot or overflow lots, take the shuttle from the terminal to your designated parking area.
Locate Your Parking Ticket:
The parking ticket will be placed in the cupholder or near the center console area. Avoid leaving it on the dashboard or visor.
Parking ticket in cupholder is the safest location to leave it.
Take Required Photos:
Parking ticket placement: Ensure the ticket is visible in the cupholder.
Keys in the lockbox: Confirm the keys are secured properly.
Odometer and fuel level or battery level: Verify and photograph the mileage and fuel level at the time of return.
Vehicle location: Take a full photo of the car in its parking spot to help us identify its location.

Inspect the Vehicle:
Feel free to take additional photos for your records, especially if you notice any dents, damages, or cleanliness concerns.
Cleanliness is important to us, but rare time constraints may limit preparation.
Fuel and Battery Standards:
Vehicles are delivered with no less than 3/4 tank of fuel or 80% battery charge.
Please return the vehicle in the same condition to avoid a convenience fee.
Parking Fees
Rates Effective October 1, 2023:
Short-Term Lot: Maximum $29/day
Long-Term Lot: Maximum $16/day
Shade Lot: Maximum $16/day
Overflow Lots A & D: Maximum $14/day
Payment Options:
Credit cards accepted: American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover
Automated exit lanes are available for credit card payments, or you can use lanes with cashiers.
Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging
Eight Level-2 EV charging stations are available in row A8 of the short-term lot. Charging is complimentary for electric vehicles parked in this lot.
Helpful Tips
Plan your trip to SRQ with enough time for parking and shuttle transfers if needed.
Use the covered walkway for quick access between the short-term and long-term lots.
Overflow lots are secure and only opened as needed.
