How to Pick Up Your Rental at St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport (PIE)

We aim to make picking up your rental at PIE as seamless and convenient as possible. Follow these simple steps to locate your vehicle, no matter which lot it’s parked in.
Where Will My Rental Be?
Your rental car may be located in one of three airport parking lots:
Short Term Lot: Our most convenient option, located directly across from the terminal.
Long Term Lot: Just a short walk past the Short Term Lot.
Economy Key Lime Parking: When other lots are full, your vehicle will be parked here, and the free airport shuttle will drop you off at your rental.
We will send you a confirmation message with your rental’s specific location and parking details before your arrival.
Finding Your Rental
Short Term Lot:
Exit the terminal through the last sliding door near baggage claim, passing through the car rental area.
Cross the crosswalk and turn left into the Short Term Lot.
Look for your vehicle parked near the wide sidewalk with pedestrian signs that runs straight across the lot.

Long Term Lot:
Continue walking along the same wide sidewalk through the Short Term Lot, and it will lead you directly to the Long Term Lot’s Row 9.
The Long Term Lot begins at Row 9 (far left) and ends at Row 14 (far right).
We typically park your rental along the wide sidewalk in Row 9 for easy access.
Economy Key Lime Lot:
If your rental is in the Economy Lot, the free shuttle service will take you directly to your vehicle.
Simply provide the row number to the driver, and they’ll drop you off at the correct location.
What to Do Upon Arrival
Locate Your Parking Ticket:
The parking ticket will be placed in the cupholder or near the center console area. Avoid leaving it on the dashboard or visor.
Parking ticket in cupholder is the safest location to leave it.
Take Required Photos:
Parking ticket placement.
Keys secured in the lockbox.
Odometer and fuel or battery level.
Full view of the vehicle to help us identify its location.
Inspect the Vehicle:
Feel free to take additional photos for your records, especially if you notice any dents, damages, or cleanliness concerns.
Cleanliness is important to us, but rare time constraints may limit preparation.
Fuel and Battery Standards:
Vehicles are delivered with no less than 3/4 tank of fuel or 80% battery charge.
Please return the vehicle in the same condition to avoid a convenience fee.
Parking Rates and Reimbursement
Here are the parking rates at PIE:
Short Term Parking:
$2.00, First Hour
$1.00 for each additional 20 minutes
$24.00, Daily Maximum
No overnight parking
Long Term Parking:
$2.00, First Hour
$1.00 for each additional 20 minutes
$12.00, Daily Maximum
Economy Parking:
$8.00 per day (Hourly rates charged as above)
We will reimburse any parking charges exceeding $24.
